3. What are the requirements for the Start-Up Visa?
In terms of standard requirements, the application of a Start-up visa requires some elements that need to be fulfilled in order for the application to be considered. The following are the current main elements that need to be satisfied:

You need to be of the age 18 or over.

The English language requirement needs to be met.

Your business idea or business needs to have been assessed by an endorsed body and they need to have provided you with a certificate of endorsement.

The certificate of endorsement must be no less than 3 months old when applying for the Start-up Visa.
For financial requirements, you need to have £1,270 in your bank account showing consistently for 28 days before you proceed with your application.
